Оценка изменений потенциала экономики Армении после 2020-2023 гг.

Исследование посвящено оценке трансформаций экономического потенциала Республики Армения под воздействием экзогенных шоков 2020-2023 гг. В работе осуществлен анализ принятых в международной практике методик оценки потенциального выпуска, с акцентом на их применимость к экономике Армении. На основе производственной функции Кобба-Дугласа получена оценка динамики потенциального ВВП Армении. Показано, что его среднегодовой рост ускорился до 5,5%, чему способствовали изменения в структуре рабочей силы, рост объемов ИТ-сектора и увеличение притока инвестиций. Наряду с позитивной динамикой выявлены структурные уязвимости. Полученные результаты указывают на необходимость адаптации макроэкономической политики с акцентом на устойчивое развитие, повышение производительности и снижение внешней зависимости.
