Исследуется текущее состояние наукоемкого высокотехнологичного комплекса (НВТК) и влияние на него мирового финансового и экономического кризиса. Анализируется эффективность принятых Правительством РФ мер по поддержке конкретных отраслей НВТК, выделяются нерешенные этими мерами ключевые системные проблемы комплекса. Предлагается ряд мер по модернизации НВТК решению этих проблем и созданию условий для долгосрочного устойчивого роста промышленного производства в НВТК.

The Problems of high Technology Sector – Modernization in the Post-Crisis Period
The article investigates the current state of the Russian economy science-intensive and high technology sector, and the impact of the latest global financial and economic crisis on it. We analyze the effectiveness of the Russian Federation Government activity to support specific industries of the sector. As a result the key systemic issues of the complex, which could not be resolved by anti-crisis regulation are identified. In conclusion, a series of measures to modernize sector and to create conditions for sustainable growth of industrial production in it are proposed.
