Оценка потенциального ВВП (выпуск при полной занятости и эффективном использовании остальных ресурсов) и разрыва выпуска (отклонение фактического ВВП от потенциала) помогает принимать решение о необходимости стимулирующих или сдерживающих мер поддержки экономики. В данной работе используется многомерный фильтр Калмана для оценки ненаблюдаемых компонент, включая естественный (потенциальный) уровень инфляции, в сценариях социально-экономического развития России.
