Оценка эффектов занятости в расширенном анализе выгод и затрат

Предлагаемый подход развивает методологию анализа издержек и выгод для оценки проектов социальной инфраструктуры. Оценка проектов проводится на основе комплекса моделей, состоящего из финансовой, экономической и социально-экономической моделей, которые дополнительно включают эффекты занятости. Для расчета эффектов занятости применяются мультипликаторы косвенных и индуцированных эффектов. Подход апробирован на примере проекта строительства поликлиник в г. Новосибирск.
