Построение межрегионального межотраслевого баланса для регионов России

Аналитические методы регионализации таблиц «затраты-выпуск» зарекомендовали себя как эффективный инструмент для анализа региональных экономик. Однако ограниченность таких методов в учете межрегиональной торговли может приводить к искажениям при оценке пространственной структуры производства и потребления. В частности, существующие подходы не всегда обеспечивают согласованность между региональными таблицами, что затрудняет моделирование экономических эффектов от межрегионального взаимодействия. В статье предложен подход к построению согласованной межрегиональной таблицы межотраслевого баланса (МРМОБ) для России. Методология основана на интеграции регионализованных таблиц «затраты-выпуск» и оценки межрегиональных торговых потоков, с последующим распределением импорта между промежуточным и конечным потреблением. Полученная модель позволяет более точно анализировать отраслевые и территориальные связи, а также разрабатывать меры региональной политики с учетом межрегиональной кооперации.
