Причины безработицы среди женщин Центральной Азии на примере Узбекистана

В статье исследуется краткосрочное и долгосрочное влияние ключевых макроэкономических и демографических факторов на уровень женской безработицы в регионе Центральной Азии в период 1991-2024 гг. Для анализа использован эконометрический подход ARDL-ECM. Выявлено, что в краткосрочном периоде экономический рост и инфляция способствуют снижению женской безработицы, тогда как ранний возраст вступления в брак повышает ее. Краткосрочная и долгосрочная взаимосвязь между рождаемостью и безработицей не выявлена. Показано, что возраст вступления в брак отрицательно и статистически значимо связан с уровнем безработицы среди женщин. Результаты анализа подчеркивают важность учета демографических факторов для формирования эффективной политики по расширению участия женщин в трудовой деятельности. В заключении даны рекомендации экономической политики на примере Узбекистана.
